Dear Members,
This is to advise all members of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the Mountain District Netball Association.
We invite you to celebrate the achievements of the 2025 season with us!

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about Mountain Districts Netball Association’s operations and finances
- ask questions about the operations and finances of Mountain District Netball Association
- speak about any items on the agenda
- vote on any resolutions proposed. (n/a)
Call for Nominations:
The following positions will be declared vacant at the AGM and Nominations are now open. Each position is a two-year term. Should you be interested please download the Nomination Form and Position Description form. For any queries regarding the positions or process, please contact the Secretary.

Nominations close 7pm, Sunday 22nd March 2026. Please email them to secretary@mdnanetball.com.au

This meeting is open to all members! That includes players, parents of junior players, umpires, coaches, club delegates, and life members.
Voting on any resolutions and board positions however is restricted to the two officially nominated delegates for each club, and life members.
There is no proxy voting.
