NetSetGo

Woolworths NetSetGO is netball’s official starter program for kids aged five to 10.

A chance to learn the Netball basics, Woolworths NetSetGO helps kids gain confidence, get active and make friends in a safe and inclusive environment.

The program is divided up into three tiers: Net, Set and GO. Where you begin depends on your age and netball experience, but there’s no skill level required to get started.

MDNA offers ‘Net’ & ‘Set’ (combined) on Saturday mornings at 8:30am – 9:15am.

‘Go’ is offered as part of our Saturday Competition in the Modified age section.

To be eligible for Net & Set, kids must have turned 5 years old. Kids are welcome to join at any time of the year. The Net Set program is held indoors and runs with the school term calendar.

To be eligible for ‘Go’, our Modified Competition, players must have turned 7 years old. Players can find a member club to join a team who plays in the Saturday competition.

Please note, some of our member clubs run their own Net Set Go program and players are welcome to join these as an alternative. The purpose of MDNA run NetSetGo is to assist clubs in introducing netball to our youngest participants. Once kids are ready to progress to the ‘Go’ step in our Modified Saturday Competition, players are encouraged to find a club to join.
