Walking Netball

MDNA is excited to launch Walking Netball in 2024.

Walking Netball is a modified version of traditional netball that is designed to be more inclusive and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. The main difference between walking netball and standard netball is that participants are required to keep one foot on the ground at all times, promoting a non-running style of play.

Walking netball is a low-impact activity that can be suitable for those recovering from injuries or managing certain health conditions.

An inclusive space for anyone wanting to come back to the sport they love or try something new.
