Umpire Mentors are an essential support system for umpires at Mountain District Netball Association. Mentors work across the umpiring space, to help empower new umpires to gain confidence and develop their umpiring skills, as well as help experienced umpires enhance their umpiring to achieve their next level of accreditation. To mentor you must have a current VNA, and if over 18, a current Working with Children’s Check.
