Umpiring Grievance Procedure
If you are facing an issue whilst umpiring on court that you cannot resolve using game management techniques (e.g. penalty pass, or a warning), your first point-of-call is to find an Umpire Official. Find a spectator you feel you can trust, and ask them to go to the Saturday office and request an Umpire Official come down to your court.
If you have a grievance you would like to formally report after a game, please contact umpiring@mdnanetball.com.au, who will provide you with further guidance or fill in a Complaint Form at the Saturday Office and hand to the Umpire Allocator or one of the Umpiring Team.
